1. Domestic Orders (Australia) — Physical Products
We deliver physical goods to residential and business addresses across Australia.
Processing Time: All domestic physical orders are processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Carriers: Orders are delivered via Australia Post.
2. International Orders — Digital Products Only
We do not ship physical products outside of Australia.
International Orders: For all customers located outside Australia, we offer digital products only (e.g., downloads, digital files, software, e-books).
Delivery Method: Digital products are delivered electronically via email immediately or shortly after checkout confirmation. No physical items will be mailed, and no international physical shipping charges apply.
Taxes & Exchange Rates: International orders are billed in [AUD / local currency]. Any local taxes or digital conversion fees imposed by your country/financial institution are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Order Issues & Damaged Goods
If you experience any issues with physical or digital deliveries:

Digital Deliveries (International & Domestic): If you do not receive your download link within [24 hours], please check your spam/junk folder before contacting ravenmail@divinationmail.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law: Our physical and digital goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure in accordance with ACL guidelines.
