Refund policy
Physical Products (Australia Only)
While we offer returns and replacements on physical goods, it is often uneconomical for us to have items shipped back.
How to Request a Resolution: If you experience any issues with your item (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), please contact us at ravenmail@divinationmail.com.au.
No Return Needed: In many cases, once we assess your claim, we will issue a replacement or full refund without requiring you to ship the physical item back to us.
Required Returns: If we do require the item to be returned for inspection, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Digital Products (International & Domestic)
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital goods, sales are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us at ravenmail@divinationmail.com.au and we will gladly resolve the issue or provide a working alternative.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the item cheaper elsewhere.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us via our Contact Us page or at ravenmail@divinationmail.com.au.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
